Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use this website. This can include information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, traffic source, campaign information and interactions such as scrolling or clicking an email enquiry link.
Google Analytics is optional on this website. It does not load until you choose Accept analytics in the cookie banner. If you reject analytics, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded.
When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies including _ga and cookies beginning _ga_. These are used to distinguish visitors and sessions and can persist for up to two years, subject to Google Analytics settings and your browser controls.
How we use analytics information
We use analytics to understand overall website usage, where visitors arrive from, which pages are useful, and whether outreach links or campaigns lead people to the website. We do not use the site to sell products online and we have disabled Google Signals in our implementation.
Where a link contains campaign parameters such as UTM tags, Google Analytics can record those parameters so we can understand whether a visit came from, for example, an email signature or outreach campaign.
Website enquiries
If you click a “Get in touch” email link and choose to send us an email, the information you include is sent through your own email provider. We use that information to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to discuss or provide our services. We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for those purposes and any related legal or business record-keeping requirements.
Who receives analytics data
Google provides the Analytics service. When you consent to analytics, information is processed through Google Analytics as part of providing that service. We do not use this website’s Analytics setup for advertising personalisation, and advertising consent remains disabled.

Your consent choice
We store your analytics choice locally in your browser so that we can remember it. We ask again after approximately six months, or sooner if the website’s use of analytics changes materially. You can reopen the choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights over your personal information, including rights to access, correct or erase information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where consent is relied upon.
